PROJECT CONNECT's Chairwoman & Founder, Ms Irene Notias, participated in the 2020 CAREER4SEA Virtual Forum & Awards, on Wednesday, 16th of December. The topic of the second panel, that Ms. Notias' participated, was the "Employment Chances for the New Generation". The panelist discussed, the current status of employability in the Greek Shipping Industry, what the young people must be ready to face, the challenges and the obstacles, along with the pool of benefits that the shipping industry has to offer.
