 Has taken several roles within the Human Resources function at ATHENIAN BREWERY S.A. both in Greece and at the headquarters of HEINEKEN NV, Amsterdam , the Netherlands. After that, she joined ANT1 Media Group, spent 3 year as a free-lance External HR Advisor, then took the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at ERGO SA, the multinational Insurance Group and Forthnet-Nova SA, a telecoms leader. Currently she has joined Shipping, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Capital.

She has joined CONNECT, because she shares the vision of founder, Irene Notias and with a twofold goal:

to provide high-caliber candidates and value-adding consultation on Human Resources practices to Shipping Companies in order to help improve their productivity and competitiveness.

 She has studied Management & Organizational Behavior, and Management Information Systems (MIS) and speaks English and French. Is Vice -President of the Greek Institute of Human Resources Management ( EIMAD ) and a Board Member of the Quality Net Foundation.

She is also Mentor of individuals and Teams. She participates in conferences and seminars as a Speaker or Trainer.
